Steph has the honor of interviewing a fellow Certified Coach and More Than Just Great Dancing friend, Lyndzi Barnes! Lyndzi can be described in three easy words–Analytical, strategic, and goal oriented. As a small business coach now since 2018, she has helped hundreds of small business owners get their operational systems into place. Her first business was a brick and mortar dance studio that she bought at the age of 19 and ran successfully for 14.5 years. Now that she has sold her first business, she has moved full time into small business coaching. While analyzing business operations and providing different strategic reports or analysis charts, she helps business owners make decisions quickly and efficiently in their business with all pieces to the puzzle. She loves to help all different industries change their way of thinking to strategy over emotion and tactics over estimates. In her spare time she will be seen with her husband, their 10 year old son, and their three pugs.
