Haley Westfall is a former 20 year corporate leader turned 2x founder and community building mentor. Born and raised in Arizona, Haley is a wife, self proclaimed queen of her tiny girl gang (3 daughters; 10, 7 and 4) and lover of humans and espresso. With a Masters degree in Leadership, leading teams of 5 to 500, an extensive strategic and operational background and an insane passion for connecting with people – Haley now helps fellow founders design, grow and sustain magnetic AF communities as an extension of their business or brand. Steph and Haley share experiences of why getting outside your comfort zone and getting in rooms AND creating rooms for others to connect has been one of the best decisions they ever made personally and professionally. Haley shares gold advice on everything from boundaries, to implementing feedback, to getting aligned with your purpose & passion to fuel you.
