Ellyn has been in the strength and conditioning world as a coach for over 10 years. She received her bachelors of science in exercise and sport science as well as a minor in nutrition from UW-La Crosse. She went on to receive her doctorate in chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University. She has completed extensive continuing education in women’s and pelvic health, as well as nutrition. In addition to chiropractic care and coaching, she is a birth doula and provides local + virtual birth support services. She focuses on the whole person, and loves being able to blend her skill set through her business – Doc Halley Solutions. When she is not busy improving women’s health, she loves lifting weights, trail running, gluten free baking, and adventuring with her life partner, Jack, and golden retriever, Lucy.
